The heir apparent and successor to his godfather Willie Mays in the lineage of Giants’ stars, Barry Bonds burst on the scene in his first year with the San Francisco Giants in 1993, leading the National League with 46 home runs, 123 RBI and a .677 slugging percentage. Already an established star after seven seasons in Pittsburgh, Bonds won his second consecutive MVP award and third in the previous four seasons while being named to his third all-star team and winning his fourth Gold Glove and Silver Slugger awards.

This size-44 Rawlings button-down white Giants home jersey was among the first issued to Bonds by his new team. The front of the jersey has “GIANTS” sewn on in black and orange tackle twill across the chest with “BONDS” sewn on black and orange tackle twill on a matching white name plate and his number “25” sewn on in black and orange tackle twill on the back. The shirt sleeves are ringed in black and orange piping. A Rawlings manufacturers label with a “SET 1” flag and “93 25” strip tags are attached on the interior left front tail. This jersey comes with a LOA from Sports Investors Authentication (190924C7) and California Numismatic Investments for the use.
