The star of the 2000 post-season was hampered by injuries when the 2001 World Series came around. Justice had managed a credible 8 for 31 with a home run in the playoffs but managed just 2 hits in 5 games against the Diamond Backs in the Series. Justice’s custom World Series Louisville Slugger I13 model bat shows great game use. The barrel has the custom “2001 WORLD SERIES” stamping and there are many ball marks with prominent white leather ball scuffs throughout. There are many cleat imprints and some ink transfers visible. The handle has a light coat of pine tar and Justice’s number “28” is handwritten on the knob in silver. Justice has signed the barrel with “Game Used 2001 World Series” in silver marker. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA for the game use and a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication for the signature.
