A third-round draft pick, Wil Myers began the 2010 season with the Burlington Bees before being promoted to Wilmington in mid-July. For the rest of the summer he hit an impressive .346 for the Blue Rocks, earning further promotion to AA the next season. The gray road jersey boasts “WILMINGTON” across the chest in navy, light blue and white tackle twill. The sleeves have a ring of light blue trim. Wilson tagging is sewn inside the collar noting “2” EXTRA LENGTH” and size “46”. The year “10” has been hand-written in black marker on one of the tags. Myers’ number “25” is sewn on the back in navy, light blue and white tackle twill. Jersey shows light game use and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from the Wilmington Blue Rocks. Attributed minor league jerseys are scarce as only a few are issued to a player each season and are often handed down to another player over several seasons.
