Before Tiger Woods attended Stanford University, he spent four years at Western High School in Anaheim, California. This rare, celebrity yearbook from Woods’ freshman year measures 11.5” x 8.5” with a blue cover embossed with silver and displaying “Ninety ONE” and an embossed “Pioneer Pride.” Woods signed this book in August of 2000 at the Western Open at Cog Hill. The signature is in bold black Sharpie and scrawls across the Varsity Golf team picture on p. 176. Woods is featured in three photos in the team section and his student photo is on p. 215. The yearbook is otherwise clean and intact with no other signatures in it. Two LOAs accompany this item, testifying to the authentication of the signature. One letter is from David W. Gardner, Director of Events for Chicago’s Catholic Charities, who certifies that the signature is authentic. An LOA from PSA/DNA (T06733) accompanies this document.
