Presented is an ultra-rare Ken Griffey Jr. signed “bronze” variation Funko Pop figurine. The Hall of Fame outfielder has signed his name in gold marker on the clear plastic “window” of the box that contains the bronze-colored figurine of Griffey, with his cap turned backwards, swinging a bat in a Seattle Mariners uniform. The 4 ¼ x 6 ½-inch white box has a color photo of Seattle’s Safeco Field on the back with an image of the Griffey figurine superimposed. It is labeled as a “Safeco Field Exclusive 24 PCS” item on the front of the box.
Griffey spent most of his 22-year career in Major League Baseball with the Seattle Mariners (1989-1999, 2008-2009) and Cincinnati Reds (2000-2008). A 13-time All-Star, Griffey is one of the most prolific home run hitters in baseball history; his 630 home runs rank as the seventh-most in MLB history.
