New York Mets pitcher Noah Syndergaard only appeared in seven games during the 2017 season, but while wearing this home white with pinstriped Mets jersey, Syndergaard recorded his only win of the season when he pitched on April 9th. Syndergaard went seven innings, allowing only one earned run in the Mets 5-2 victory.
This Majestic Flex Base button-down jersey has “Mets” and his number “34” sewn on across the front in blue and orange tackle twill. The Majestic size 48 tag is screen-printed on the bottom front left tail and an additional Majestic bar code tag is applied vertically on the center front tail that reads “#34 2017 48 S2”. The back of the jersey has “SYNDERGAARD” and “34” sewn on in blue and orange tackle twill. The Mets skyline logo patch is sewn on the left sleeve. This jersey displays light game use and comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (JC057051).
Also included in this lot is a ball thrown by Syndergaard to three batters – Dee Gordon, J.T. Realmuto and Christian Yelich. Gordon struck out swinging, Realmuto grounded out to second base and Yelich hit a foul ball that took this ball out of play. This is an Official Major League Robert D. Manfred stamped ball and it displays outstanding use with scuff marks and other abrasions. This ball comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (JC057029).
