A two-time American League MVP, Roger Maris broke Babe Ruth’s single season home run record during the Yankees World Series winning 1961 season. Japanese baseball legend Sadaharu Oh is well known as the world record holder for most home runs in a career, with 868. Both home run greats have signed this Florida State League stamped baseball. Maris signed his name boldly across the sweet spot in blue pen. Oh signed his name in black in both English and Japanese on the panel to the left of Maris’ signature. This ball is in good condition display minor toning and some fading from the manufacturer’s stampings. This ball comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (AF08692).
