This pre-rookie bat was used by Yordan Alvarez in 2018 when he played for the Corpus Christi Hooks and Fresno Grizzlies. Alvarez hit a nice .293 with 20 homers and 74 RBI and was named one of the best prospects in the minors that year. The Old Hickory J143M model bat displays tremendous game use with a handle crack. The barrel shows many ball marks that include white leather scuffs, stitch impressions and ink transfers. The handle has a heavy coat of pine tar and the cupped end shows scuffing on the edges from contact with the ground. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18033) for the game use.
