Barry Bonds, the Home Run King got three round trippers out of this well-used bat during the beginning of the 2002 season. Bonds hit career home runs 569, 570 and 571 over a two-game stretch during the April 2nd and April 3rd games in Los Angeles. Bonds hit home run 569 off Omar Daal on April 2nd and this bat has been photo matched to this game. He hit home runs 570 and 571 in the April 3rd game off pitchers Hideo Nomo and Terry Mulholland. This Sam Bat shows great game use with several ball marks visible on the barrel. The lower handle has been taped to enhance the grip and Bonds has signed the barrel in silver adding, “4-2-02 #569 4-3-02 #570 -571.” A wonderful bat tied to three specific home runs from the all-time leader and this bat comes with a LOA from Barry bonds for the game use and signature, along with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B17960), who have attributed this bat to Bonds' career home runs 569, 570 and 571, have photo matched this bat to the April 2nd game and have graded this bat a perfect GU 10.
