Willie was right in the middle of his career when he was swinging this bat in ’86. That year Randolph hit .276 with 15 stolen bases and 15 doubles for the Yankees. The Rawlings Big Stick model bat shows tremendous game use with a handle crack. The barrel is covered with ball marks and white leather scuffs along with cleat imprints and abrasions. There is some damage to the edge of the cupped barrel. A heavy coat of pine tar is on the handle which has been taped in a spiral pattern to enhance the grip. Randolph has signed the barrel in silver marker, adding “Game Used.” This bat comes directly from the collection of Willie Randolph and a signed LOA from Willie Randolph will accompany this item.
