This bat dates from the very height of Yankees power, 1977-1979, when Willie Randolph’s bat and great work at second base brought two World Championships to New York. The Louisville Slugger K55 model bat shows great game use. The barrel shows many ball marks with stitch impressions along with bat rack paint streaks and cleat imprints. The handle has been taped in a crisscross pattern with a coat of pine tar applied and Willie has signed the barrel in silver marker, adding “Game Used.” This bat comes directly from the collection of Willie Randolph and a signed LOA from Willie Randolph will accompany this item.
