This 24”x 28” unframed original painting captures #23 in various moves, wearing both home and away uniforms. On the top left corner the basketball appears to be heading in a rotation towards the basket. Jordan signed this piece flawlessly in black Sharpie "Michael Jordan" on the largest of the images. These are early Jordan images, and as he signed this stunning original painting after a game in Chicago very early in his career, it is a very early Jordan signature. The artist twin brothers, Alan and Aaron Hicks, are from Chicago, both graduating with art degrees from the University of Illinois. While most of their creative images are based upon their spiritual faith, they are also creatively faithful to the sport of basketball. This new faith had them create a group of original artwork on many of the greatest players to ever play the game. This is one of those pieces. This early Jordan signature has been authenticated by PSA/DNA and comes with a full letter of authenticity as well as a photo of Jordan signing the painting. One of the nicest pieces of Jordan signed memorabilia you will find on the market.
