April 16, 2009 marked the beginning of a new era in New York Yankees history: Opening Day for the New Yankee Stadium. Center fielder Brett Gardner went 1 for 3 that historic afternoon wearing this home pinstriped jersey. The Majestic jersey shows very light game use. Gardner’s number “11” is on the back and the famed intertwined “NY” rides on the front of the left chest. The Majestic label is stitched in the lower right front tail showing size “46”, 2009 date and “-1” body” tagging. An official MLB hologram sticker number LH 275031 and Steiner hologram sticker number 75395 are affixed to the tagging. The special Yankee Stadium Inaugural Season patch is sewn on the right sleeve.
