Offered is a solid appearing example of the classic 1928 Exhibit Babe Ruth card, which shows Ruth in the follow through of his majestic swing. The cards presents as EX with lightly worn, but solid corners, and outstanding clarity, but the card contains the phrase "5 yankees" written in pencil in the upper right hand area. This pencil mark is in the darker area of the card, almost not noticeable at first glance. There are also several very light stains on the front, most notably a small one above Ruth's knee. However, the blank back is clean with the usual toning. This is an impressively strong appearing card graded at the lower rung of the scale. SGC Graded 10 POOR 1, but presents much nicer.
