Presented are the signatures of three Basketball Hall of Famer players – Charles Barkley, Hakeem Olajuwon and Scottie Pippen – on a Spalding Wide Channel NBA Indoor/Outdoor basketball. Olajuwon has signed his name in black marker on the second panel above the Spalding logo, while Barkley has signed his name in black marker on the panel above the Spalding logo, and Pippen has signed his name in black marker on the panel below the NBA logo (embossed in black and gold ink).
In the 1993–94 NBA season, Olajuwon became the only player in NBA history to win the NBA MVP, Defensive Player of the Year, and Finals MVP awards in the same season. Barkley earned 11 NBA All-Star Game appearances and was named the All-Star MVP in 1991. In 1993 with the Phoenix Suns, he was voted the league's Most Valuable Player. Considered one of the greatest small forwards of all time, Pippen was named to the NBA All-Defensive First Team eight consecutive times and the All-NBA First Team three times.
