Presented is a lot of nine multi-signed World Series programs from 1970 to 1999, including a 60-signature 1985 program with the signatures of Hall of Famers Brooks Robinson, Tony Perez, Stan Musial, Bill Mazeroski, Lefty Gomez, Tommy Lasorda, Duke Snider, Goose Gossage, Dave Winfield, Kirk Gibson, Ozzie Smith, George Brett, Red Schoendist and a wide variety of other Major League Baseball stars. The first item in this lot is a multi-signed copy of the October 19, 1970 issue of Sports Illustrated magazine covering the 1970 World Series. The front cover is signed by members of the Cincinnati Reds and Baltimore Orioles from the 1970 World Series. Baltimore stars Boog Powell, Elrod Hendricks and Brooks Robinson have signed their names in blue marker over their photographs on the cover, while Tony Perez and Lee May of the Reds have signed over the photograph of May on the cover.

The second item in this lot is a multi-signed copy of the 1971 World Series program for the games played at Baltimore’s Memorial Stadium when the host Orioles played the Pittsburgh Pirates. Orioles catcher Elrod Hendricks has signed his name in blue pen on the front cover, while the back cover features the signatures of Baseball Hall of Famers Lefty Gomez and Bill Mazeroski in blue pen. Other signatures on the back cover, all in blue pen, include Pirates pitchers Dave Giusti and Bruce Kison, Pirates outfielder Gene Clines and five other individuals. The third item in this lot is a Vida Blue signature on the front cover of the 1974 World Series program. The former Oakland Athletics/San Francisco Giants/Kansas City Royals pitcher has signed his name in blue marker. Blue was a member of the Oakland A’s who beat the Los Angeles Dodgers four games to one in the ’74 World Series. Oakland became the first team to win three consecutive Series since the New York Yankees won five in a row between 1949 and 1953; the win secured the Athletics' status as one of the truly dominant teams of the 1970s. The 1974 World Series marked the first year that a single game program was produced for the World Series; previously, each team produced a program for their home games in the series.

The fourth item in this lot is a Billy Martin signature in blue pen on the front cover of the 1977 World Series Official Program. Martin’s New York Yankees defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers, four games to two, to win the franchise's 21st World Series championship, their first since 1962, and the first under the ownership of George Steinbrenner. Martin won what would be his only World Series title as a manager after guiding the Yankees to a second straight pennant. The fifth item in this lot is a multi-signed 1978 World Series Official Program. Among the 11 signatures in blue marker on the front cover are Hall of Famers Tom Lasorda and Duke Snider, as well as Los Angeles Dodgers players Ron Cey, Dusty Baker, Reggie Smith, Rick Rhoden, Steve Garvey and Terry Forster. Also, on the front cover is the signature of former Dodgers executive Al Campanis, and the wife of former Dodgers catcher Roy Campanella has signed his name.

The sixth item in this lot is a multi-signed 1981 World Series Official Program. Among the 10 signatures in blue marker on the front cover are New York Yankees stars Goose Gossage (who has inscribed “#54” below his signature), Dave Winfield, Oscar Gamble, Rick Cerone, Ron Davis, Aurelio Rodriguez, Graig Nettles, Tommy John and Los Angeles Dodgers stars Steve Garvey and Jay Johnstone. The seventh item in this lot is a multi-signed 1984 World Series Official Program with three signatures. Detroit Tigers coach and former Dodgers pitcher Roger Craig has signed his name in blue marker, while Hall of Famer Kirk Gibson has signed his name in blue pen and former Tigers pitcher Milt Wilcox has signed his name in black pen.

The eighth item in this lot is a multi-signed 1985 World Series official program. The front cover has the signatures of Stan Musial in blue marker and two other signatures. The Kansas City Royals photo pages on pages 36 and 37 are signed, in blue marker by their photos by Steve Balboni, Onix Concepcion, Steve Farr, Mark Gubicza, Dane Iorg, Hal McRae, Darryl Motley, Lonnie Smith, John Wathan, Buddy Biancalana, Bud Black, George Brett, Lynn Jones, Pat Sheridan, Willie Wilson and coaches Gary Blaylock, Mike Ferraro, Jose Martinez, Lee May and Jim Schaeffer. The Toronto Blue Jays photo pages on pages 42 and 43 are signed, in blue marker by their photos by Steve Davis, Tony Fernandez, Dennis Lamp, Rance Mulliniks, Bill Caudill, Tom Henke, and coaches Al Widmar and Jimy Williams.  The St. Louis Cardinals photo pages on pages 62 and 63 are signed, in blue marker by their photos by Joaquin Andujar, Steve Braun, Ken Dayley, Ivan DeJesus, Bob Forsch, Kurt Kepshire, Jeff Lahti, Tito Landrum, Tom Lawless, Ozzie Smith, John Tudor, Andy Van Slyke, Todd Worrell, Bill Campbell, Cesar Cedeno, Jack Clark, Vince Coleman, Brian Harper, Tom Herr, Rick Horton, Mike Jorgensen, Willie McGee, Terry Pendleton and coaches Hal Lanier, Johnny Lewis, Nick Leyva, Dave Ricketts, Mike Roarke and Red Schoendienst. The ninth item in this lot is a dual-signed 1993 World Series official program.
