Presented is a lot of three Mickey Mantle signatures on two advertisements and a program. Two of the three Mantle signatures are graded GEM MINT 10 by Beckett Authentication. The first item in this lot is a Mickey Mantle signature in blue marker on the top margin of a 1950s-era advertisement for a Phillies Cigar Mickey Mantle Baseball Special. The black and white 10½ x 13¼ -inch tear sheet from the Saturday Evening Post features a photo of Mantle posed with a young boy in a baseball uniform, offering a Mantle Rawlings baseball glove and autographed color picture for $3.39 with 20 Phillies cigar bands. This item comes with a LOA from Beckett Authentication (F06709). The second item in this lot is a Mickey Mantle signature in blue marker in the upper right corner of a 1950s-era advertisement for Kodak color film. Mantle is pictured in the upper right corner in a blue suit and shirt, holding a Kodak camera while leaning on the back of a chair. The advertisement features color photos of Mickey Mantle Jr., his six-year-old son, in a Yankees uniform, a photo of his wife Merlyn and four-year-old son Davey, a photo of Davey in bare feet, and a group photo of Merlyn, Mickey Jr., and Davey along with newborn son Billy. The 10 x 14-inch tear sheet is from a 1950s-era issue of LIFE Magazine. This item comes with a LOA from Beckett Authentication (F06710). The first two items have been graded GEM MINT 10 by Beckett. The third item in this lot is a multi-signed program for an event featuring Yankees legends, with a Mickey Mantle signature in blue marker. Other notable signatures on the program include Moose Skowron, Bobby Richardson, Whitey Ford, Don Larsen, Hank Bauer and Ryne Duren, all in blue marker on the front cover over their respective black and white head and shoulder photographs wearing New York Yankees caps.  The front cover of the program for “Scottsdale Fashion Square Presents Yankee Legends” is printed in red, blue and black on 8 x 12-inch white cardstock. The 10-page booklet features a full-page black and white photograph of Mantle in the interior with a profile article, and additional pages featuring photos and profiles of Skowron, Richardson, Ford, Larsen, Bauer and Duren. The program is for a two-day appearance by the Yankee Legends, March 16 and March 17, 1991. This item comes with a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (F06711).
