Willie Randolph was a standout player for the New York Yankees. A member of the 1977 and 1978 World Series-winning teams, Randolph was a steady presence at second base and at the plate. Randolph finished his career with 2,210 hits. Randolph used these two Louisville Slugger H176 model bats during his time with the Yankees. Both bats display outstanding game use and are un-cracked. One of the bats has several ball marks, black bat rack streaks and blue ink transfers on the barrel, while the other bat has black bat rack streaks and slight checking or grain swelling from repeated ball contact. Both bats have Randolph’s number “30” handwritten in black marker on the knob and top barrel, with one of the bats having his number in smaller writing around a black marker colored-in box. Randolph has signed both of these bats on the barrel in black marker and inscribed “Game Used.” These bats derive from the collection of Willie Randolph and a signed LOA will accompany these bats.
