The Hall of Fame safety Brian Dawkins wore this orange Denver Broncos home jersey during Denver’s 28-10 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers at Invesco Field at Mile High on November 9th, 2009. Dawkins recorded seven tackles, including one TFL, during this Monday Night Football contest in Week 9. Dawkins, in his first season with Denver after a legendary 13-year tenure in Philadelphia, recorded a career-high 121 tackles and two interceptions during the 2009 campaign. Dawkins played through the 2011 season, making nine Pro Bowls and four All-Pro teams before his 2018 induction to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
This offered Broncos home jersey is orange, with blue accents. Dawkins’ iconic number “20” is sewn on the chest, back, and shoulders in white and blue tackle twill. “DAWKINS” is sewn across the back shoulders in white tackle twill over a matching orange nameplate. A Broncos 50th anniversary patch is sewn on the chest next to a “Broncos” wordmark. Reebok logos are sewn on both sleeves and a NFL Equipment shield is sewn on the collar. “09-46” and “D” swatches are sewn on the back inside collar.
