This offered Oakland A’s helmet was worn by Hall of Famer Rickey Henderson during his time with Oakland. This size 7 1/8 helmet was manufactured by American Baseball Cap (ABC) and is dark green with a yellow brim. “A’s” is affixed to the front of the helmet in a white decal. Please note that the top part of the A’s decal is slightly peeling. The back of the helmet has Henderson’s number “24” stickered in white and next to his number are two decals. The tan interior padding is still intact. This helmet displays heavy game use, with numerous scratches and abrasions. Henderson signed his name in black marker on the yellow brim. This helmet comes with a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (A25440) for Henderson’s signature.
