Although Babe Ruth is among the most photographed human beings of all-time, one photograph captures the great man’s essence more than any other: Nickolas Muray’s 1927 portrait. Clad in his white pinstripes, Ruth’s big paws clutch one of his Louisville Sluggers as he stares intently at the camera. It’s one of the most iconic baseball photographs ever taken and is the perfect image to pair with this resplendent Babe Ruth autograph. The 5 5/8” x 4 1/4” cut album page reads “Sincerely Babe Ruth” in blue pen (9/10). The original owner noted “HOTEL Feb. 1942” in
the upper left corner. Professionally mounted and framed to15 1/2” x 25”. Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
