Brazilian number 10 Neymar da Silva Santos Junior was issued this canary yellow selecao jersey while playing for Brazil in 2013. Neymar earned an expensive transfer from Brazilian club Santos to Spanish giants Barcelona in 2013, joining Lionel Messi as one of Barcelona’s South American superstars. Neymar played for Brazil in the 2013 Confederations Cup, leading Luiz Felipe Scolari’s men to the title with a 3-0 defeat of Spain at Rio de Janeiro’s Maracanã Stadium. The future Paris Saint-Germain forward scored for Brazil in the tournament final for his fourth goal of the tournament and earned the Confederations Cup Golden Ball as the best player of the tournament. In total, Neymar earned 19 caps for Brazil in 2013, scoring 10 goals.

This offered Brazilian jersey is yellow, with Neymar’s number “10” applied to the chest and back in green. “NEYMAR JR” is printed across the back shoulders in green. A CBF crest and a Nike swoosh are applied to the chest, while a canary, five green stars, and “Nascido Para Jogar Futebol” are printed on the back inside collar.  A 2013 Confederations Cup logo is applied to the right sleeve and a “Football For Hope” logo is applied to the left. The collar and sleeve openings are green. A Nike authentic tag is sewn on the front left tail. Neymar has signed the chest of this jersey in black marker. This jersey comes with a LOA from JSA (BB33740) and a letter of provenance from the Brazilian National Soccer Team. Also included in this lot is a blue pennant shaped like a shield that would have been exchanged by the captains of each team. The front of this pennant is blue, while the reverse side is white. There are thin yellow tassels around all of the sides except the top., which is hooked on a metal bar with yellow ribbons. The pennant has embroidered in yellow “CONFEDERACAO BRASILEIRA DE FUTEBOL” and “BRASIL FIFA Confederations Cup Brazil 2013 ITALIA X BRASIL 22/06/2013”. This pennant measures approximately 12 x 16 inches.
