Vintage sheet music booklet signed by the man who brought the classic fairytale to life: Walt Disney. Signed by the cartoonist in what was probably a golden ink, over time the famous autograph has aged to a warm brown, complimenting the colors used on the cover illustration. Since this was a popular tune, the music booklet shows moderate wear which
does not take away from Disney’s wonderfully animated signature. Signatures of Walt Disney are highly collectible regardless of what they appear on, but this piece stands out for it being on the sheet music from what many call the Disney Studio’s finest moment. The sheet music
is dated inside to 1955 and the logo for Disneyland, which opened in the summer of that year, appears on the cover making this an early piece of Disneyland memorabilia as well. Letter of Authenticity number P14865 from PSA/DNA.
