Presented is a dual-signed “Bull Durham” replica jersey signed by two of the stars of the motion picture, Kevin Costner and Susan Sarandon. Costner and Sarandon have signed their names in black marker on the lower left front of the white polyester jersey, which features a royal blue, gold, silver and black embroidered “Bulls” logo patch on the upper left chest, and royal blue, white and gold elastic cuffs and collar. The back of the jersey has a royal blue, white, and gold embroidered number “8” at the center. Costner and Sarandon, along with Tim Robbins, starred in the 1988 romantic comedy/baseball film, “Bull Durham”. It is partly based upon the minor-league baseball experiences of writer/director Ron Shelton. In the film, Costner’s character, veteran minor league baseball catcher “Crash” Davis, wore #8 for the Durham Bulls minor league squad. In 2003, Sports Illustrated ranked “Bull Durham” as the "Greatest Sports Movie".
