The legendary Boy of Summer played 18 seasons in the pinstripes of the NY Yankees, setting numerous records on his way to the Hall of Fame. He won back-to-back AL MVP Awards (1956 – ’57), the AL Triple Crown (1956), and the ’62 AL MVP. This pristine, 34-inch, Model K-55 Hillerich & Bradsby Co. Louisville “Slugger” bat resembles that which “The Mick” used during his career. The knob is engraved with “MM4.” Mantle boldly signed just below the barrel header in vivid blue Sharpie, “Mickey Mantle” (grade 10) and further inscribed by him “No. 7.” A LOA from James Spence Authenticators (#B78245) accompanies this item.
