New York Mets star first baseman Pete Alonso was making his way up the Mets farm system during the 2017 season. Alonso started the year in St. Lucie of the Florida State League and then was promoted to AA Binghamton of the Eastern League. Alonso already was showing the power he would display as the 2019 NL Rookie of the Year in 2017 where he combined for 18 home runs and a solid .289 average.

This offered fielder’s glove was worn by Alonso during the 2017 season. This glove was manufactured by Rawlings and is a first baseman’s glove. The glove displays outstanding use, with wear in the pocket and webbing. The glove is made of tan rawhide with black rawhide laces. The webbing has three straps intertwined with the black rawhide laces. The red Rawlings patch is sewn on the outer wrist and the Rawlings “R” logo is embroidered on the outer thumb. There is an adjustable fleece-lined wrist strap and “Pistol Pete” is embroidered in black along the outer thumb. The model number “PROCMHCB2”, along with a “Rawlings Pro Preferred” logo are stamped on the palm. This glove comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA for the game use.
