Steve Martini first started cutting the hair of Harry Truman during his presidency and went on to become the official White House barber for the next three decades, giving cuts and keeping the United States presidents looking dapper from Dwight Eisenhower through Richard Nixon.  This collection of 15 photographs come from the personal collection of Steve Martini and were all obtained during his career as a high-profile barber.  The photos include several large and framed including the most impressive of the lot, a signed 16x20 photograph of a United states Airplane signed by an Air Force Colonel.

Most items in the lot are signed vintage photographs of military personnel or others who would have had to do business with the President in some capacity.  The lot includes a signed photograph from evangelist Billy Graham, 2 signed photos of Postmaster Marvin Watson, a signed photograph of John Connally (the Governor of Texas who was riding with JFK on the day of the assassination and was also shot), and also includes signed photographs of US Secretary of Agriculture under Richard Nixon Clifford Hardin, Emmy Winning Actor George Maharis, as well as several other military and political leaders.  The signatures have been authenticated by Beckett and the lot has been pre-certified.  The lot also comes with a letter of provenance from Steve Martini Jr, son of famed White house Barber Steve Martini.
