Former linebacker Lamar Lathon spent the final four seasons of his career with the Carolina Panthers. 1998 was the last season for Lathon and he wore this Panthers’ road jersey during the September 13, 1998 game against the New Orleans Saints at the Louisiana Superdome. Lathon’s jersey is a white mesh Nike size 44 with “57” sewn on the front, back and shoulders in black and teal tackle twill. The Nike PRO LINE AUTHENTIC tag with a “LONG” flag is sewn on the bottom front left tail. The inside back collar has a white patch that reads “98-44”.  The black V-neck collar has the NFL shield patch sewn on the base and the back of the jersey has “LATHON” sewn on in black and teal tackle twill on a matching white nameplate. The sleeves have teal and black stripes with the Panthers’ logo screen-printed in black below. The base of the jersey has a six-button mesh crotch strap. The jersey displays moderate game use with some toning and comes with a LOA from RGU, who have photo matched this jersey to the September 13, 1998 game.
