Offered here is a Houston Oilers road jersey worn by former tight end Dave Casper circa the 1980-1983 seasons. This size 48 white mesh jersey was made by Russell Athletic and features “87” silk-screened in blue and red on the front, back and sleeves. “CASPER” is silk-screened in blue on a matching white mesh nameplate. There are red and blue silk-screened stripes on each sleeve and the Russell Athletic size 48 tag is sewn on the bottom front left tail. This displays heavy game use with a pair of large team repairs on the back “8”, loose threads, a tear on the right shoulder and stains on the armpit areas. There is degradation on all of the silk-screened numbers as well as the stripes on the sleeves. This jersey comes with a LOA from RGU for the game use.
