Boston Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia won the 2007 AL Rookie of the Year award and the 2008 AL MVP award during the labeling period for this 33.5-inch, 28.9-ounce Louisville Slugger model S318 bat. Bat displays evidence of heavy use with ball and stitch impressions present to both the eye and touch on the left and back barrel with numerous blue ink transfers and bat rack tracks. There is a heavy coat of pine tar on the handle and a fresher addition by the Louisville Slugger label which carries an additional “Rock Hard Maple” caption. Pedroia’s number 15 is written on the knob in black marker. PSA/DNA sticker (#1B05794) is affixed inside the barrel cup; comes with full PSA/DNA letter of authenticity.
