Presented is a Mariano Rivera signature and inscription on a Hall of Fame postcard of the former New York Yankees relief pitcher’s plaque in Cooperstown. Rivera has signed his name in blue marker across the top of the yellow background and inscribed “HOF 2019” below his signature. Rivera was inducted into the hall in July 2019, the first and only player in history to be elected unanimously.  He played 19 Major League Baseball seasons for the Yankees, from 1995 to 2013. Rivera spent most of his career as a relief pitcher and served as the Yankees' closer for 17 seasons. A 13-time All-Star and five-time World Series champion, he is MLB's career leader in saves (652) and games finished (952). This item comes with a COA from JSA (GG51816).
