Presented is a lot of two original William Lopa painted footballs, both one-of-a-kind, featuring the signatures of the three National Football League quarterbacks from the Manning Family, Peyton, Eli and Archie Manning. Archie Manning, the father of Peyton and Eli, played for 13 seasons in the NFL, the highlight being quarterback of the New Orleans Saints from 1971 to 1982. Archie’s second son, Peyton, won two Super Bowl titles, one with the Indianapolis Colts and the second with the Denver Broncos, and is considered to be one of the greatest QB’s in NFL history. His younger brother, Eli, holds the New York Giants franchise records for most passing yards, touchdown passes, and completed passes in a career, and is a two-time Super Bowl champion and two-time Super Bowl MVP. The first item in this lot is a Peyton Manning signature in black paint on a blue and white painted football, also signed by the artist, William Lopa, in light blue paint. Lopa has painted the full-size Wilson “The Duke” leather football in dark blue, light blue, and white, even on the seams. This item is inscribed “1/1” in silver paint. The second item in this lot is a multi-signed painted football with the signatures of Archie Manning, Eli Manning and Peyton Manning. The father and his two sons have signed their names on the same panel in silver paint on the red, white, and blue painted Wilson “The Duke” leather football. Artist William Lopa has signed his name in light blue paint on a separate panel to the right of the seam. This football is inscribed “1/1” in silver paint.
