Presented here is a Jostens 14K gold championship pendant presented to the wives of the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls championship team. The pendant was given to Nancy Winter, the wife of Hall of Famer Tex Winter. Tex Winter was a longtime assistant coach under Phil Jackson and has been credited with developing the famed "Triangle Offense". This pendant features four larger full-cut diamonds (each topping an image of an NBA championship trophy) set against a dark center stone. 72 smaller full-cut diamonds appear around the outer perimeter. The back of the pendant, which shows some minor wear, reads “NANCY WINTER” at the top along with “CHICAGO BULLS WORLD CHAMPIONS 1996” at the bottom. Also appearing, in the middle, are the manufacturer and 14K marks. This item weighs approximately 31.8 grams with the chain.

The Chicago Bulls won three straight NBA titles (from 1990-91 through the 1992-93 season) before Michael Jordan abruptly – and shockingly – retired from the game of basketball. Returning for a full season during the 1995-96 campaign, Jordan and the Bulls were on a mission to reclaim their stake as league champions. They succeeded in historic fashion. Under head coach Phil Jackson, Chicago finished the regular season with a record of 72-10, as Jordan led the league in scoring, averaging 30.4 points per game. Scottie Pippen averaged 19.4 PPG, while Dennis Rodman recorded a league-best 14.9 rebounds per contest. The Bulls stormed through the playoffs, going a combined 15-3, on their way to another NBA championship, defeating the Seattle SuperSonics in the NBA Finals. This comes with a LOA from the Winter family.
