Albert Pujols, the big first baseman suffered from plantar fasciitis during the 2015 season, hampering his ability to run out base hits. Fortunately, Pujols’ biceps and wristed were working fine, helping him muscle 40 balls out of American League ballparks. The 2015 Marucci AP5P-LDM model bat shows good game use. The barrel has several distinctive ball marks with stitch impressions. Cleat marks are present as are bat rack paint streaks. Pujols’ number “5” is stamped into the knob and a moderate coat of pine tar has been applied to the handle.  This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18641) for the game use.
