Graded MINT 9 by PSA. Hall of Famer, in his Rookie Card appearance. Among more than 2,400 copies recorded in PSA’s census reporting, just two examples have been placed at a higher tier. On this splendid card's bright green, super-glossy surface, an oversized display area allows fitting depiction of the card's 6-foot-5, superstar subject. Amazingly, the offered specimen has enjoyed freedom from handling in an inverse proportion to its generous dimensions, and displays marvelously. The card's corners are pristine, its print quality is unchallenged in its clarity, and even the issue's tendency toward imprecise focus has been thwarted. Choice Mint condition.
