Presented is a lot of four items commemorating Hall of Fame pitcher Roy Halladay’s no-hit game against the Cincinnati Reds in Game 1 of the 2010 National League Division Series on October 6, 2010, including a signed Fleer Platinum baseball card, a replica lineup card, full ticket and game program. The first item in this lot is a Roy Halladay signature in blue marker on a Fleer Platinum baseball card featuring the Toronto Blue Jays pitcher. Card #108 in the 2003 Fleer series depicts Halladay in a navy-blue jersey and cap pitching for the Blue Jays. This item comes with a COA from PSA/DNA (AE72513). The second item in this lot is a full ticket from “Home Game 1” of the 2010 NLDS at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The third item in this lot is a replica lineup card from the October 6, 2010 NLDS, with the Philadelphia Phillies vs. Reds lineup reproduced in red, blue and black ink on the 8 x 11-inch white glossy cardstock sheet. The fourth item in this lot is “The Official Magazine of the Philadelphia Phillies 2010 Issue Seven Division Series Edition” game program and scorecard insert from the 2010 NLDS. The 8 ½ x 11-inch game program features an eight-page white cardstock insert with a scorecard and color head & shoulder photos of the Reds and Phillies. On October 6, 2010, in his first postseason start, Halladay threw the second no-hitter in MLB postseason history (Don Larsen’s perfect game in the 1956 World Series being the first) against the Reds in Game 1 of the 2010 NLDS, leading the Phillies to a 4-0 victory. This feat made Halladay the fifth pitcher in MLB history (and the first since Nolan Ryan in 1973) to throw multiple no-hitters in the same calendar year (including the postseason). Halladay had pitched a 1-0 perfect game against the Florida Marlins in Miami on May 29, 2010.
