Former free safety Mark Carrier had his second-straight Pro Bowl season in 1991, which was also his second year in the league. Carrier had two interceptions for the Chicago Bears and was involved in 93 tackles. Carrier wore this road white Bears jersey during the 1991 season and has been photo matched to the December 23, 1991 game in San Francisco. This white mesh jersey has Carrier’s number “20” screen-printed on the front, back and sleeves in navy and orange. The sleeves have navy and orange stripes screen-printed with “GSH” on the left sleeve in the middle of the stripes. The NFL shield patch is sewn on below the collar and the back has “CARRIER” screen-printed in navy and orange on a matching white mesh nameplate. Carrier has signed his name twice on this jersey, once on the upper shoulder and the other on the back left shoulder. This jersey displays moderate game use and comes with a LOA from RGU, who have photo matched this jersey to the December 23, 1991 game. There is also a LOA from Beckett Authentication for the siganture.
