Carl Crawford, the “Perfect Storm”, used this bat during the October 3, 2009 game against the visiting New York Yankees. Facing New York’s ace, Andy Pettitte in the bottom of the 4th, Crawford cracked the handle of this bat. Crawford’s Louisville Slugger R219 model bat shows excellent use with a handle crack. The barrel displays several ball marks with stitch impressions and the imprint of a weighted batting donut is visible. A light coat of Mota Stick is on the handle and Crawford’s number “13” is on a team sticker affixed to the knob. This bat comes with MLB Authenticated hologram (LH233943) and a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B09916) for the game use.
