MLB’s unanimous 2012 AL Rookie of the Year, Mike Trout, possesses that rare combination of speed and slugging. His rookie campaign diamond deeds qualified him for the 30-30 club, home runs and steals. Runner up to Miguel Cabrera as AL MVP, Trout signed and inscribed each of these game-used batting gloves in bold, black Sharpie, “Mike Trout 27” on the white leather swatch above the index finger, and “2012 6/U” on the white leather swatch above the middle and ring fingers. The signatures grade 10. The gloves show ample evidence of game use. The palm heel of the left-hand glove is worn thin and that of the right-hand glove is worn through. The white elastic wrist band is stained with clay. A LOA from Anderson Authentic and signed by Trout accompanies the gloves.
