Before his rookie season in which he helped the Chicago Cubs win their first World Series in more than a century, Albert Almora was one of the most highly-touted players in the minors. 2015 saw the future Cubs star with the Tennessee Smokies where he hit a solid .272 with 6 home runs. The Cubs promoted him to the Iowa Cubs the following season and after hitting .318 in 54 games he got the call to The Show. Almora’s minor league Louisville Slugger D195 model bat shows light game use. There are a few ball marks visible on the barrel along with cleat imprints and scuffs from contact with other equipment. The bats specs are stamped into the knob and Almora has signed the barrel in strong silver marker. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18416) for the game use and a COA from JSA for the signature.
