Former All-Star David Justice was issued this Cleveland Indians navy home alternate jersey during the 1997 MLB season. The Indians once again won the American League, only losing in the seventh game of the World Series on a walk-off hit by Florida’s Edgar Renteria in the bottom of the 11th inning. “Indians” is scripted across chest in red, with navy blue trim on white tackle twill and a paraph. White piping runs around the collar and down both sides of the buttons and on the sleeves. “JUSTICE” is sewn on in red and white tackle twill on a matching navy nameplate on back with “33”, also sewn on in red and white tackle twill. A Russell Diamond Collection manufacturer’s tag is sewn on front left tail, size 48, above a small patch reading “1997”. The left sleeve features a Chief Wahoo patch, while the right sleeve sports an “Indians 1997 All-Star Game” patch. Justice has signed his name in black marker on the top portion of the left “3” on the back and this jersey comes with a LOA from 100% Authentic for the game issue and a COA from JSA for the signature.
