Legendary manager Leo Durocher managed the Houston Astros for the closing 31 games of the 1972 season, where the team had a 16-15 record. In his final season of 1973 as a manager, Durocher led Houston to an 82-80 record. Durocher finished his Hall of Fame managerial career with a 2008-1709 record, becoming the first manager to win 500 games with three different organizations.
