Bartlett Giamatti, whose extensive 225-page Dowd report was ultimately responsible for Rose’s lifetime suspension from the game. This intriguing lot includes three PSA pre-certified pieces including; a commemorative Rawlings Adirondack Pete Rose Bat signed by Dowd and Rose in prominent blue Sharpie with Rose adding the inscription: #4,256 and a Gateway Cache again signed by Rose in blue pen and Dowd in fine line black marker in a PSA/DNA slab as well as an ONL President Giamatti ball signed on the sweet spot by Dowd in blue ball-point pen ink.
