In 2015, Arizona Diamondbacks first baseman Paul Goldschmidt made his third consecutive All-Star appearance. Goldschmidt finished that season with 33 home runs, 110 RBI and a career-high .321 batting average. Offered here is an Old Hickory TC1 model bat used by Goldschmidt during the 2015 season. This bat was used for the final time during the August 7, 2015 game between the Diamondbacks and the visiting Cincinnati Reds. This bat displays excellent game use with a crack on the handle. There are ball marks and black and blue ink transfers present on the barrel. Goldschmidt’s number “44” is on a red Schutt Diamondbacks style sticker on the knob and the cupped barrel has “44” stamped in black. This bat comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ575995), which authenticate that Goldschmidt used this bat for the final time on August 7, 2015 when he flied to right field in the bottom of the first inning off of Reds pitcher Raisel Iglesias and breaking this bat.
