After a 2-4 start to the 2017 season, the Boston College Eagles won five of their last six games to finish 7-5 and earn a berth in a bowl game. AJ Dillon was the team’s big offensive weapon, rushing for a whopping 1,589 yards to go along with 14 touchdowns. On the defensive side of the ball, Lukas Denis recorded an impressive total of seven interceptions and two forced fumbles. Boston College met Iowa in the New Era Pinstripe Bowl, played on December 27th in New York, with Iowa coming out on top by a final score of 27-20.
