Offered here are seven game used and/or signed bats from members of the Houston Astros in the early 2000’s. The first bat was used by Brad Ausmus during the 2001 season. Ausmus’ Louisville Slugger M110 model bat displays moderate use and has a crack on the handle. Ausmus’ number “11” is handwritten in black marker on the knob and top barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18933) for the game use. The second bat was used by Daryle Ward during the 1999 season. Ward’s Louisville Slugger G162L model bat displays heavy game use and has a crack on the handle. Ward’s number “31” is handwritten in silver marker on the knob and Ward has signed his name in gold marker on the barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18938) for the game use and a JSA Auction Letter for the signature. The next bat was used by Julio Lugo during the 2002 season. Lugo’s Rawlings 523B model bat displays light game use and has a crack on the handle. Lugo’s number “4” has been handwritten in black marker on the knob and top barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18937) for the game use.
The next bat is a Rawlings MM06 model bat used by Adam Everett during the 2008 season. This bat displays heavy game use and has a crack on the handle. Everett’s number is handwritten in black marker on the knob. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18936) for the game use. The next bat is a Hoosier bat used by Jose Viscaino circa 2002. This bat displays heavy game use and has a crack on the handle. Viscaino’s number “10” is handwritten in black marker on the knob and in silver on the top barrel. Viscaino signed his name in faded silver marker on the barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18934) for the game use and a JSA Auction Letter for the signature. The next bat was used by Morgan Ensberg during the 2000 season. Ensberg’s bat is a Louisville Slugger I13 model that displays heavy game use and has a crack on the handle. Ensberg’s number “21” is handwritten in black marker on the knob and Ensberg signed his name in black marker on the barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18935) for the game use and a JSA Auction Letter for the signature. The final bat in this lot was used by Roger Ceneno during the 2000 season. Cedeno’s Easton I13B displays heavy game use and is un-cracked. There is tape residue on the barrel indicating that this might have been used during batting practice. Cedeno’s number “14” is handwritten in gold marker on the knob and top barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18932) for the game use.
