Entering his fourth season in the league, Mike Trout was the 2012 American League Rookie of the Year and 2014 AL MVP and finished in second place for the 2013 AL MVP vote. Trout kept his Hall of Fame pace going in 2015 as he hit a career-high 41 home runs and drove in 90 with a .298 batting average. He would again finish second in the AL MVP vote in 2015, but the groundwork for a Hall of Fame career has been established.
The Old Hickory MT27 model bat offered here is un-cracked and shows excellent game use. The handle and knob end have been taped in Trout’s trademark fashion to enhance his grip. There ball marks, stitch impressions and white leather scuffs present on the barrel. There is a moderate coating of pine tar on the upper handle/lower barre. This bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B06532) for the game use.
