The Hall of Fame small forward Rick Barry wore this white button-down New York Nets warm up jacket during the 1970-71 ABA season. “The Miami Greyhound” scored at a staggering 29.4 points per game clip in 1970-71, adding 6.8 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game in his first season playing for Lou Carnesecca’s Nets. Barry, a 14-year veteran of the NBA and ABA, was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1987. This white, short-sleeved warm up shirt has “NEW YORK NETS” sewn on the back in red and blue tackle twill. The sleeves and collar are accented with red-blue-red bands. A Rawlings size “42” tag is sewn inside the jacket. This item comes with a LOA from the original owner.
