Presented is a lot of two Robert O’Neill signed items, including one of the White House Situation Room on the night O’Neill killed Osama bin Laden. A former U.S. Navy SEAL and special warfare operator, O'Neill is reputed to have fired the shots that killed bin Laden during the raid on his Abbottabad, Pakistan compound on May 1, 2011. The first item in this lot is an O’Neill signature and inscription in black marker on an 8 x 10-inch color photograph of President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and other top U.S. officials in the White House Situation Room watching the satellite live feed of the raid on bin Laden’s compound. O’Neill has signed his name in the center of the photo and inscribed “Never Quit!” to the left of his signature. This item comes with a COA from Beckett Authentication (G43046). The second item in this lot is a limited-edition Robert O’Neill signature on an 11 x 14-inch white cardstock poster describing O’Neill’s career as “The Operator” on the U. S. Navy’s Seal Team 6. O’Neill has signed his name in black marker in the lower right center on the logo “Robert O’Neill – Seal Team 6 The Operator”. This item is inscribed “18 of 99” in blue marker.
