Long-remembered as one of the best managers of all-time and earning him entrance into the Hall of Fame, Leo Durocher was also a solid player. Durocher played for 17 seasons with the New York Yankees, Cincinnati Reds, St. Louis Cardinals and Brooklyn Dodgers from 1925-1945. Offered here are a pair of flannel game pants worn by Durocher during his first two seasons with the Cincinnati Reds in 1930-31. These pants display heavy game use with dried dirt stains up and down the front of each leg on the front. "Durocher" is embroidered in the button-fly path of these pants. They measure approximately 18-inches across, which equates to a size 36 that was the appropriate size for Durocher. There are also team repairs and holes present on the front. The back of the pants also have some dirt marks, but not as many as are on the front and also have significant team repairs and some holes, especially in the crotch area. These pants are now an off-white color with blue pinstripes and remnants of red piping on the sides. A great set of game use pants from a Hall of Fame manager from his early playing days. These pants come with a LOA from 100% Authentic for the game use.
